SALE POLICY: ALL ITEMS MARKED 20% OFF OR MORE ARE FINAL SALE.

We want you to be completely satisfied with the decor items purchased from Nafuu Glam Decor and strive to make the return process as easy as possible. 

Please note:

• Items discounted over 20% are FINAL SALE and are not returnable.
• Refunds must be credited to the original payment method.
• Purchases of gift cards are non-refundable.
• Nafuu Glam Decor will not accept returns or exchanges on any product that has been used or installed. Furthermore, we cannot be held accountable for any product damages, property damages, or labor costs ensuing from a faulty installation process.
• We encourage our customers to inspect their products in full detail prior to installment; use of the product equates to acceptance of ownership and ultimately absolves us here at Nafuu Glam Decor from any future claims arising out of the installation process. 
• Claims for damage or shortages must be made immediately upon delivery.
• Items that fall under Nimmiz Home Decor Category are custom made and are not returnable.
• Cancellation of orders should be done before shipping. Any cancellation after shipping will attract penalties. 

All items being returned must be in its original condition accompanied by a complete set of the original packaging. 

We will process your refund within a period of 2-5 business days of receiving your return. Your credit card will be credited with the full merchandise amount once your refund has been approved. Shipping fees are not refundable.

After a period of 15 days (returns window expires), and all sales are considered to be final.

For all international returns, customers will be responsible for covering the costs and fees associated with the return shipping.

This returns policy for Nafuu Glam Decor is only applicable to online purchases.

All purchases made in-store (our retail location) in person are considered custom orders and are final sale. Full return policy is posted in the store.
